Fuel System Design & Installation
Turnkey assessment, planning, and installation.
For new buildings, generator replacements and major renovations, Premier Mechanical takes a fuel system from site assessment through installation, testing and turnover. Where professional engineering is required, we coordinate with qualified engineering partners rather than providing engineering services in-house.

How a Project Proceeds
Assessment
We assess the site and the requirements of the generator or fire pump being served.
Planning
We develop the system layout and coordinate any required engineering with qualified partners.
Fabrication
Assemblies and supports are fabricated in advance where practical.
Installation
The system is installed and connected to the equipment served.
Testing and turnover
The system is tested and documented before being handed over.
Working in Occupied Facilities
When new fuel systems are installed in existing buildings, we plan access, lifts and staging with the facility team and keep the work area separated from occupants.
